We’ve even had a bride check in with her best friend and then take a nap before everyone else arrived! With trained staff available during the entire event to ensure it runs smoothly, our couples can spend their day with the people they care about.

The Alta House Event Center’s Wedding Weekend Package allows the bride and her girls space in the Bridal Salon, and the groom and his crew access to Carl’s Cabin for two night’s stay. So, if you wanted to decorate your venue in your pajamas with your favorite people until midnight, you could! The Alta House is conveniently located adjacent to the Newton / Des Moines East KOA Campground providing additional accommodations for wedding guests, with additional cabin rentals on site and several nearby hotels.

For 48 hours, the Alta House Event Center is yours! We’ll lock the doors at night for safety, but the couple gets their own passcode for the Bridal Salon, providing access to the venue.
